Full-Time Videographer / Video Editor

We’re looking for someone to join our team full-time and help document our work, process, travels, behind-the-scenes moments, and stories.

You don’t need to be highly experienced. Newbies are welcome.

What matters most is that you are eager to learn, creative, reliable, and willing to improve every day. If you enjoy filming, editing, storytelling, social media, travel, and documenting real moments, this role could be a good fit.

Main Responsibilities

• Film our daily work, team activities, client projects, meetings, travels, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit and post 2–3 short-form videos per day for TikTok and Facebook
• Edit and publish 1 long-form video every other day for YouTube
• Help turn normal workdays, client projects, travels, and agency life into simple but meaningful content
• Organise video files, footage, and content assets properly
• Learn and improve your filming and editing style over time

Important Requirement

You must be flexible with your schedule.

There will be times when we travel for work, client projects, content shoots, or agency-related activities. Travel expenses will be covered. Your main job during these trips is to document, film, and edit the story.

Think of the role as being our in-house videographer and editor — murag videographer/editor ka ni Cong TV, pero agency/business version. Haha.

Experience Is Not Required

You do not need to have years of experience.

It’s okay if you are still learning. What matters is that you are willing to practise, improve, and show up consistently. We can guide you with the style, direction, and type of content we want to create.

Bonus Skills

These are helpful, but not required:

• Basic video editing skills
• Experience making TikTok, Facebook Reels, or YouTube videos
• Good eye for framing, lighting, and audio
• Can shoot using a phone, camera, drone, or action camera
• Can suggest content ideas
• Basic understanding of captions, hooks, pacing, and storytelling

This is a full-time role for someone who wants to be part of a growing creative and digital team. We’re not just looking for someone to edit videos — we’re looking for someone who wants to help document the journey.
